In addition to the standard circular blade, Marken GmbH also offers another option: the round-slit blade, which is particularly recommended for spiral hoses. The slots on the sides provide additional cooling.
Guillotine
The guillotine blade is made of HSS steel, providing an optimal cut. For rubber hoses with very hard surfaces, a coated blade made of HSS steel TIN coating is available and recommended.
Induction method
The induction process is particularly suitable for PTFE tubing. It prevents the material from expanding after cutting, making it a perfect fit for the 500Si.

The cutting rod offers an excellent cut for protective hoses
Water cooling
Water cooling protects the saw blade, extending its service life. Furthermore, smoke emissions are significantly reduced.
Kühlring
The cooling ring cools the hose with air to prevent internal burning after heating the hose. This allows for a clean cut after heating the hose and is used exclusively on the 500Si.
